We already make certificates in Canva. Why switch?
Canva works well for one design. The pain starts at the hundredth name: typing, exporting and emailing each file by hand. Zymus does that for the whole list and adds QR verification on top.
How much setup does it take?
If you have a spreadsheet of names and emails, you are most of the way there. Design the certificate once, preview it, and send. We can help with your first batch over a call.
What does the verification page show?
The recipient's name, the course or event, who issued it, the issue date and a unique certificate ID. Nothing more.
Is our recipient list used for anything else?
No. It is used to send and verify your certificates. It is never used to train AI models, never shared and never sold.
Do recipients need an account?
No. They get their certificate by email, and anyone can open the verification page without signing in.
